“ I passed by here yesterday and was stopped in my tracks by the smell of fresh bread and funny enough pizza. They had just unloaded some fresh loaves including the pizza bread with sourdough and damn was it good. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, one lady even asked about my shirt and we ended up talking about the old Worms Armageddon games lol. I will absolutely be returning in future and have already recommended them to friends :) ”
“ This is a lovely bakery and we enjoyed afternoon tea. Service cannot be faulted. The Danish pastries are authentic, and I can say that with some authority as my family are Danish and my grandfather was a Baker in Denmark. Loved the hints of Denmark, the bike, the coffee can, and the teak furniture. My only thought to make a more hygge vibe, would be to add some tealights to each table. We had a vegetarian afternoon tea, it was very generous and we went home with a doggy bag. The open sandwiches served on rye bread were really tasty, would just have loved a bit of Danish blue. The cakes and pastries were lovely, would have liked Kanel stang, though the spandauer were really tasty. If you want an authentic Danish bakery, this is the place to go. Recently went to Scandinavian Kitchen in London and was disappointed, so don't go there, go to Brod, a ittle bit if Denmark in Wales. ”
